Terms of use

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms govern the use of the move2cloud.fr website and of the Move2Cloud account, the single sign-in used for the products of Move2Cloud (auth.move2cloud.fr). Each product also has its own terms: FinOps Move2Cloud (https://finops.move2cloud.fr/conditions) and M2C Chatbot (https://console.move2cloud.fr/terms).

1. Publisher

Move2Cloud SAS, 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France, RCS Paris 919 335 380. Contact: contact@move2cloud.fr.

2. The Move2Cloud account

  • The account is personal. You agree to give accurate information and to keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and your authenticator app confidential, and for what is done from your account. Tell us at once of any use you did not authorise.
  • Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app is asked of every account. A session ends after 10 minutes without activity.

3. Sign-in with Microsoft or Google

You can sign in with your Microsoft or Google account. You then allow that provider to give Move2Cloud your name and e-mail address. If a Move2Cloud account already exists with that address, it is attached only once you confirm it. Your Microsoft and Google accounts remain governed by those providers' terms; Move2Cloud is not responsible for their availability.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the website or the account to break the law or the rights of others.
  • Do not try to access other people's accounts, to get around security measures, or to disrupt the service (attacks, load tests, automated scraping).
  • Do not use the identity of another person or organisation.

5. Suspension and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your Move2Cloud account page or from one of the products. Move2Cloud may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, after telling you, except in an emergency related to security.

6. Availability and liability

Move2Cloud strives to keep the website and the sign-in service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability: interruptions may happen for maintenance or in case of incident. To the extent permitted by law, Move2Cloud is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the website or of the account.

7. Intellectual property

The content of the website (texts, images, logos, trademarks) belongs to Move2Cloud or to its partners and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy: https://move2cloud.fr/en/privacy

9. Changes to the terms

These terms may change; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Account holders are told of any significant change before it applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable solution, any dispute falls under the competent courts of Paris, subject to the protective rules consumers benefit from.
