The JEI status is granted by the French authorities to young companies that devote a significant share of their activity to research and development. Obtaining it means that our R&D work has been examined and recognised as genuinely innovative — not a label we gave ourselves, but an external confirmation of the direction we have chosen since the beginning.
What we work on
Our research and innovation efforts are concentrated on the areas where our customers' questions are the hardest to answer with off-the-shelf tools:
- Artificial intelligence applied to cloud operations and engineering work;
- Chatbot development, to make technical knowledge and platform information easier to reach;
- Cloud and multi-cloud architectures, and the portability questions that come with running on more than one provider;
- Security, as a design constraint rather than a final checklist.
These subjects are not separate projects. They overlap: a multi-cloud platform raises security questions, an AI assistant is only useful if it is connected to reliable operational data, and every prototype we build has to survive the realities of production before we propose it to anyone.
Why it matters to our customers
R&D in a consulting firm is sometimes invisible from the outside. Yet it is what allows us to arrive on a project with something more than general advice: tested approaches, tools we have built and used ourselves, and an honest view of what a given technology can and cannot do today. The JEI label gives that work a formal framework and the means to keep investing in it.
We will continue to share the outcomes of this work as it matures — through our projects, our publications and the exchanges we have with the teams we support. Innovation only has value for us when it ends up in a platform that someone runs every day.
