Job description

We are looking for experienced Scrum Masters / Agile Coaches to guide our clients' teams in adopting and scaling agile practices.

Profile required

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as Scrum Master on multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other agile frameworks.
  • Experience facilitating ceremonies: sprint planning, retrospectives, daily standups, reviews.
  • Ability to identify and remove impediments, protect the team from external disruptions.
  • CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe certifications preferred.
  • Strong coaching and conflict resolution skills.
