Job description
We are seeking a Senior IT Business Developer profile.
As a Business Engineer, you will ensure alignment between client and partner needs and the career goals of consultants, actively contributing to the success of IT projects in sectors such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, Telecom, E-commerce, Transportation, Energy, and more.
- Prospecting for new clients/partners and business opportunities.
- Managing and retaining a portfolio of clients/partners.
- Overseeing the successful execution of consultant assignments within your portfolio at client sites.
- Coordinating between consultants and company leadership.
- Managing and monitoring consultant performance and engagement.
- Conducting B2B prospecting and expanding the client portfolio.
Profile required
Experience in a similar role within an ESN (IT Services Company), particularly in placing consultants with French clients, is required.
- Fluent French is mandatory.
- Proficiency with tools such as BoondManager, Turnover-it, LinkedIn, Lemlist, and similar platforms is essential.
